Meet The Team
Stuart Halper, Esq.
Stuart Halper has been licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey since 1987. In 1994, he founded Stuart Halper & Associates in Briarcliff Manor with the goal of providing clients with individualized attention and cost-effective legal services. And now, forming Halper, Gardy & Levy PLLC with Craig Gardy and Joseph Levy, to deliver experienced representation for cooperative corporations, condominiums, rental properties, and homeowner associations across New York State. In addition, Halper's experience in general practice rounds out the firm's ability to meet the needs of most individuals and business entities legal issues. Active within his Westchester community, Mr. Halper has been involved in civic life for over twenty years and has been instrumental in planning and preservation for the Briarcliff Manor, NY community. He has served as Village Trustee, Chair of the Village Ethics Committee, and member of the Village Planning Board. Currently Mr. Halper is the Associate Village Justice for the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

Craig Ian Gardy
Craig Ian Gardy is a 1991 graduate of The American University, Washington D.C with a degree in finance and concentration in Real Estate. He received his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994. Mr. Gardy was admitted to the bar in February 1995 and has practiced in the New York City area since. Mr. Gardy has practiced in the Courts of all five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties as well as the Appellate Divisions.. Mr. Gardy is admitted to the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and is an admitted attorney in the U.S Supreme Court.
As an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association, Mr. Gardy keeps up to date with the latest legal developments to best serve his clients.
Mr. Gardy takes great pride in the high level of service he is able to provide his clients, he says “while many attorneys possess the skill to help clients in difficult times, I take great pride in the exceptional service our firm provides. Joseph D. Levy
Joseph D. Levy has been licensed to practice law since 2003. He is a graduate of Queens College and Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the Queens County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
He has worked in litigation for almost twenty years, handling all aspects of cases including pre-trial and trial practice. Joseph is an aggressive attorney who takes a proactive approach to handling all of his client’s cases. He is constantly communicating with all of his clients to let them know what is
happening on their matter. Joseph now brings his extensive litigation experience and aggressive approach to Halper, Gardy & Levy PLLC to ensure that the property owners and managers we represent are receiving uncompromising legal representation.
